What the H sauce? I'm always burning more Cal than I take in, I cut out alcohol, did my body go into starvation mode? Gotta fix this. So clearly didn't make my goal to be 177 by Saturday, so I am going to have to (literally) work my ass off to get under 170 by next Saturday... I work 22.5 more hours this week, but that never seems to have an effect on how much I lose or gain. Officially will be off "the shot" tomorrow and back on "the pill" tomorrow, so hopefully that facilitates at least a little more weight loss. I moved for 6 hours today, so that was plenty of a workout. Tomorrow I might actually have time to get to the gym during staffed hours so I can start my membership. *fingers crossed*
