For weeks now my weight has been fluctuating between 152 and 153. Today at 153. Kind of disappointed since I thought it was a good week. Well it is better than 154.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep trying! Take a look at what you eat and try to make one small healthy change every week. Like whole wheat crackers instead of potato chips. Wheat Thins brand has a bunch of new flavors. Yum!
