I'm really excited about my new exercise regimen. I know I have a long way to go, but it is beginning to show some results, at least in weight loss. Very slowly, but, I hope, surely.
284.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 116.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 October 2010:
1106 kcal Fat: 25.94g | Prot: 46.40g | Carb: 164.80g.   Breakfast: toast, hard-boiled egg, banana, orange juice, tea, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Lunch: Fiber One Oat and Chocolate, Vitamin Water Zero. Dinner: Flatout Edgeon baked flatbread crisps, Trader Joe's Beefless Beef strips, Couscous, wax beans, wine. more...
