Day 7, Week 2 Holiday Cruise to Lose!


Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!



Made it to yoga last night. Thank heavens for organized classes :) that was PART of the issue last week, though not the whole story. My eating is still on a fairly even keel. Prolly a few too many chocolates last night but ah well! :)

Old Man Scale: Holding steady at 239.5. That is a good sign :)

Holiday Challenges Goals:
Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays)
Midrange goal: lose 4.5 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 9.5 from now!

My exercise classes keep me on track, too! Thanks for reminding me I need to sign up for the next session. Mmmmmmm....chocolate!

sometimes eating extra like chocolate doesnt show up with all the exercise you do...way to go on gettin in the 230s!!!!
