1689 kcal Fat: 53.15g | Prot: 60.27g | Carb: 245.52g.   Breakfast: strawberry awake, silk light soymilk. Lunch: lance whole wheat crackers, fudge stripes. Dinner: lettuce, fat free miracle whip, boca burger, saralee sesame bun, great value ketchup, checkers famous fries. Snacks/Other: great value strawberry kiwi driink mix, Vegan Baked Mac and Cheese, fudge stripes, great value orange juice. more...
