Ugh. Well, I fully expected it. WAY too much sodium yesterday. At least it should be mostly water weight and go away by next week.
315.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.8 lb a week

Hey, I hear ya--my main vice isn't sweet, it's salty. I really try to watch my sodium most days, but sometimes it's hard to resist the salty treats. I weigh in on Mondays so I do attempt to keep my sodium intake lower on the weekends, heh. It doesn't always work, but I TRY!

Yeah, I usually avoid high-sodium foods on Friday so Saturday's weigh-in isn't artificially high.
