Ate less than I burned and gained weight?! *sigh* no more wine at night for this girl. Hopefully the long day on my fee sans lunch-break tomorrow will help make up for today's gain. Freaking need to be free for enough time during staffed hours at Anytime Fitness to start my membership. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get there during staffed hours.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I had to completely cut out ALL alcohol to get my metabolism sorted out. Haven't had a drink in over a week.....and it's paying off big time. I will agree that it's VERY hard not getting that glass of red wine here and there.
