Seems like I may be stuck on another plateau. Its been very good, losing 60 lbs. is an incredible feeling, but I know I can do more. For once I am inspired enough to do it. Time to refocus...
244.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
