HAH! I knew I shouldn't of weighed myself. Ppphhffftt!
Okay, so I totally caved on food over the 4 day weekend. I ate whatever, whenever, and knew I'd see it show up on the scales.
Back to the gym today. (Part of it is water retention. I feel and look a bit puffy and TOM is here.)
239.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 5.5 lb a week

you're in the same boat as a lot of us right now. Seems hard to believe that just one day of festivities could take so long to recover from! I think we are alway learning how to deal with these issues and we get a little better at it each time. You hang in there, it will happen for you!
