The wedding did me in this week. I'm so sad to see the number increase but I really gorged out over the weekend. It was expected.
On a slightly more depressing note, I tried insanity's fit test last night. Couldn't get through it. I guess that just means I have to work harder now and try again next month.

Just because you couldn't do the fit test this time doesn't mean you have to give up and wait a whole month :) If you really don't feel up to working out today and starting this week, work out 3 or 4 times this week and try the fit test again :) Also, make sure you fuel your body! I did the fit test too, and it freaking sucked (one person I did it with actually threw up), but, if anything, it just made me feel more excited to see how much I will have improved in 2 weeks!

Well I wasn't really planning on starting insanity until my weight hit 175 anyway, but I kind of wanted to give myself a starting point. Now I know where I stand. If I can't make it through the fit test, I'm not going to set myself up for failure. I push myself with my exercise a little further every few days, but I'm just not ready for that yet. Maybe in a few weeks. I can't believe someone threw up! I stopped when my head got too woozy.

Haha, my vomiting friend is a bit of a nutter haha. Well, you certainly know best, and you also know what you respond to best in terms of encouragement :) Whatever you do, keep going! You'll get there eventually!
