stress, believe cortisol levels are up. any suggestions ??
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Exercise is the best form of stress reliever out there. Try some higher intensity cardio =)
