Had a massage last night (1x month) - it was awesome. So awesome, I came home ate supper and didn't finish all my planned calories. Just went to bed and slept HARD. Didn't want to get up. Got up around 5:45am versus 5am and knocked out 35 minutes on elliptical. Love the video aspect...ran in near Maui this morning, while watching The Beverly Hillbillies. Best of both worlds. LOL.
Doubling up today - since I totally did not get my 30 minutes in yesterday on the elliptical. Got 35 minutes this morning, and will get in the rest tonight. And then tomorrow morning switches over to 40 minutes! But wait, there's more....then warrior kickboxing tomorrow night. PLUS we've been invited to have steaks with my sister and brother in law tomorrow night. Ugh!
But bottom line....LOVING the elliptical. Love that my rear is toning up alot.
