All went well till dinner ,i ate more with out control then . need to concentrate on eve foods..But over all i feel good .
176.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

Funny -- I get nibbly before dinnertime. I try to stave it off by eating part of my dinner while I'm cooking (fruit, veggies, salad), then plating my food at the counter with no serving dishes on the table. It's also helped me to have a glass of infused water before my meal. We can do this!!!
