Was down to 189 mid week. Close to 1900 cal day yesterday probably stopped the loss this week. 3 oz nuts is probably too much for one day and still lose. I'll limit to 2oz.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
