It goes down when I keep track of my food... hmmm. I guess there's something sneaking in there when I don't write it down!
207.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

843 kcal Fat: 38.07g | Prot: 71.25g | Carb: 84.39g.   Breakfast: medifast s'mores crunch. Lunch: Carbquik Muffins (Bullet Recipe). Dinner: grape tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar, cucumber, white mushrooms, green pepper, gingerly dressing, kalamata olives, baby salad mix, red onion, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated), baking powder, Complete Protein Diet - Double Rich Chocolate, Splenda with fiber (for baking), splenda with fiber, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Benefiber Powder, powdered egg whites, Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix. more...
