It goes down when I keep track of my food... hmmm. I guess there's something sneaking in there when I don't write it down!
207.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

843 kcal Fat: 38.07g | Prot: 71.25g | Carb: 84.39g.   Breakfast: medifast s'mores crunch. Lunch: Carbquik Muffins (Bullet Recipe). Dinner: baby salad mix, shredded sharp cheddar, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green pepper, white mushrooms, grilled chicken, gingerly dressing. Snacks/Other: Benefiber Powder, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Complete Protein Diet - Double Rich Chocolate, Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated), Splenda with fiber (for baking), Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix, splenda with fiber, powdered egg whites, baking powder. more...
