I recalculated daily calorie needs, based on a 14-day average intake (1968 calories) vs 2-lb weight loss over the same period. It would appear that ~2468 calories/day would be about right to maintain my current weight and that FatSecret's RDI of ~2000 calories/day would be about right to lose 1-lb/week. This is accurate for a sedentary lifestyle.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
