I skipped diner last night, was very busy and only had apple for my fruit portion. Got home around 11pm from a meeting at church and decided it was too late to eat. I did lose 2.2 lbs but I wonder if skipping meals is something that will affect me???
233.4 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You definitely need to try to get as close to those 500 cals as you can. I've been having a tough time with that either because I'm not hungry or because I get busy and don't eat. I've started adding another protein shake to my day. You might want to consider trying that... I've been stuck in the 160s now for over 2 weeks and suspect part of the problem was that I wasn't getting enough calories. You need to eat!!!!
