Had a tough week and missed workout during same. Will do a good workout Sat and fast on Sun. Added a couple of sets and 2 exercises so that will increase calorie burn.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
