Finally down again!!! Trying to keep it up. :)
208.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

828 kcal Fat: 33.67g | Prot: 70.32g | Carb: 76.21g.   Breakfast: medifast s'mores crunch. Lunch: Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks. Dinner: grape tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar, yogurt caesar dressing, baby salad mix, brussel sprouts, cucumber, sirloin steak. Snacks/Other: Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated), PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Filled Nuggets, Benefiber Powder, Complete Protein Diet - Double Rich Chocolate, Splenda with fiber (for baking), dixie diner sugar not cookies. more...
