Well, I finally got on the scale this morning and it upset me very much....now I am defiantly ready to get back on track!!! No excuses, but it has been hard to deal with life in general lately, so eating has become my enemy again! Not that I have been eating a lot, just a lot of BAD things! I am 100% ready to dive back in head first and get the ball rolling again! I started Phase I over today with one mishap, but I am stoked to get the weight down again! I had a grapefruit, banana and smoothie for breakfast, did my veggies for my mid morning and then lunch I had a slice of ham, forgot to bring my lunch today so had to have what mom had in the fridge. I just got done with a fruit salad...so far so good I think...need to concentrate on drinking more water though...only had about 32 oz today...need more for sure! Going to do brown rice and sauteed veggies for dinner! I am ready to see results once again and reach my goal of 145!!! Can't wait to get there...I am going to do this make myself happy again! Love you Grams....RIP!!!

Don't beat yourself up too hard, you knew you got off track and you had good reason. Good luck with Phase I again, I am really tossing it around to see if I can go back to that. I know you can do it, just take a look at your chart and one little boo boo in all that time, not bad!!
