16 may thursday .. beautiful out, i am over joyed that spring is finally here in full bloom! have been doing so good. with the exception of a cheeseburger with santiboy, which is our "weekly" ritual, i am on point with diet and exercise. adding 30 minutes of Wii back into my day. off to do paperwork so i can get into the sunshine. <3L
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
