First Day working out at Doctor's Wellness. I don't know why (yet) but I can exercise on a treadmill, stairclimber, and stationary bike with little exertion but those ellipticals really wear me out and in such a short time. Anyone else have issues with an elliptical??
335.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
