Today is travel day so things may be more up in the air than usual with timing and food. Have to renew my DL this am and then come back and do the last minute things before mom picks me up. Taking her to lunch at Jasons so I can have the salad bar and eat up (since it's a lot earlier than normal for lunch)and then hopefully while i'm in flight I won't be super hungry since that's dinner time. Trying to plan well so I don't mess up. A couple HB eggs, cucumber slices and peanut packs for when I "want" something. My biggest challenge will be getting in enough water while making sure I have access to a timely bathroom lol.

I'm bringing my scale to keep me honest and motivated and hoping Colton will run me ragged physically a couple of those days and I'll come home a few lbs lighter than when I left.
