Another pound this week! That makes it exactly 20 pounds I've lost since, I joined Fatsecret at the end of August. I was worried because yesterday showed a gain, but it's gone now!!

Lost so far: 16.0 lb.
Still to go: 44.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
