what i did well this week i ran [a little] i ate well most of time
what i did badly i didn't run very much [admitedly because i am sick] i ate cake when i wasn't eating well [lots of cake!] didn't keep a food diary so potentially ate even more cake than i realised ... on second thoughts maybe i'm looking to have stayed the same
