Finally under 200! I know it seems like a small milestone because I was already so close to the line when I started counting calories, but it's a really big deal to me. I never in my life thought I'd be this big and to know that I'm under that mile marker gives me that extra push to really commit to what I'm doing. Lost 3.4 pounds this week, a little more than I'm comfortable with, but I'm not going to complain!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
