Ok, I am recording this weight, so I can monitor it over the next couple of weeks. I know that I have not made enough time for exercise lately, but I have been doing some and my clothes are still fitting well. Not sure about the gain, but I would like to drop another 10 pounds by the end of this summer. I was slightly heavier than I am now at the same time last year, but I was two pant sizes bigger. Hmm....
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

I'm still in size 14 pants, but weigh the same as I did last January (which was not pretty). Guess I'm a shape shifter? lol. Today starts my no junk food for 7 day challenge. I think I have others on Facebook interested in joining me. Normally I don't post out there what I'm doing, but good to see others had the same struggles as I do.
