I did lose some weight so I am proud of myself and now it is another day to do well on this diet and lose weight. I know how hard it is to lose but will just keep up the journalizing and lose it all.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
