Bad weekend because we were traveling 5 hours each way. Made for too much time in a vehicle and caved to eating the wrong things.
Calling it a vacation celebration of my son's college graduation. Back on track this morning...will lose it again. Now I know what happens when I cave. Yuck!
282.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
