Day 81 (Week 12): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 6 Cruise to Lose! (last week already, sniff)

Good morning!!!! Warm and cozy healthy thoughts to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


That darn toe is sneaking out of the wagon again. Help Amryk, grab my arm! LOL No I pulled back inside in the evening (one small bowl of my husbands healthy chili for dinner and tea and water) but I was a vaccum cleaner all afternoon. I luckily ran out of munchies before it got totally horrid but my calorie count certainly was high....I am fairly certain it is stress eating. I feel like I am drowning at my day job. I LOVE the people I work with (and some of them own the company) but the work load is starting to seriously drain me.

So today back at it. focus with my healthy eating and focus at work so I can get my tasks done and not feel that kind of stress.

Old Man Scale: He has decided to let me off the hook this morning! Not sure how but I am NOT going to let him down today to show my appreciation!!! Holding steady at 242! Woot! (maybe because I used the old shaving trick?, LOL, whatever it is I am NOT complaining!)

Exercise was a LOT more enthusiastic last night. I did not do any strength training (as I had planned), but I was on the Wii Fit for 45 minutes and I had a LOT more bounce in my free step program, used my arms almost the entire time, to so, I counted it as more aerobic. Finished Lord of the Rings last night. hmmmm Maybe rewatch Firefly and Serenity next? I will have to think on that LOL

Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 7 from now I cannot count it seems). Definitely a s..t...r...e...t...c...h, So I am stretching for all I am worth! (but hell if I miss it and hit 240 instead, how amazing is 23lbs down in the November Challenge? eh?
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 12 from now! (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

Next Mini: 240 (2 more lbs weee) then on down, down down! (My bar should go orange I think somewhere int he next 5lbs too, that will be soooo cool!

a change in exercise routines is good..keeps you from gettin into a rut and gettin bored with it..keep on pushin it!!!!...slow an steady...

LOVE YOU SIMA DARLING !!! You are rocking out and I am SOOO proud of you !!! Don't worry about having a munchie day, just try to keep some "safe" treats so you can feel "okay" about them... My foods of choice include Trader Joe's Freeze Dried Strawberries, VERY high in fiber and a whole bag is ONE POINT ! Also, they have a whole wheat pretzel stick that is good too and also low pts. Have you tried journaling when you are feeling the munchies come on ? I try to, it helps, because I know it is all external stressors that are triggering the desire to munch. (ugh) Oh, and of course, good ole Orville ! the SMART POP 94% FF popcorn bag is a MUST in my munchie diet... I don't feel so bad with that either. I am here for you Girl ! Keep on keeping on ! I was on here commenting on journals LOL. I seem to remember commenting on Janellas' journal about being in the middle of an eating spree hehe but yeah I mostly had access to my own legal to semi legal treats. I did get all of *4* chips from my coworker too :) and found some organic water crackers int he kitchen so was not nearly so basd as it coulda been :)
