1 month of minimal moving around (including daily activities with my son..) and slacking on the diet caused the weight to go up. I'm going to try and get back on track and staying focused instead of letting school and MEN get in the way.

I worked out this morning, for 20 minutes of heavy hip hop dancing.. and my sister took back her tummy trimmers DVD, so I'm on a quest to find some more fun motivating workouts to do INSIDE since there's a cold spell going on around here, and too cold to take an infant out. I say infant, even though he's almost 2..lol. If it was just me, I'd head on out, but I can't afford for him to be sick.

I'm hoping to stay on a strict phase 2, and maybe do a cleansing phase 1 for a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I've always asked my mom if we could have healthier alternatives this dinner... like a whole wheat bread for the dressing, low fat options for our hors deurves (SO butchering the spelling..) and tons of veggies. I'm also opting out of the lovely mashed potatoes, just going to have either a side salad, or some more sweet potatoes. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. OH, and we're going to be using a sugar alternative in our desserts and casserole.. So hopefully, it'll be awesome. I plan on going on a walk either before dinner, or an hour or two after... Lord knows I'll need it.

All I know is NO MORE fat laden pizzas from Papa J's.. and salty sweet snacks.. I'm still in shock over how much damage bread and fat can do to my body. IT's a great smack in the face. OH, that and the old flame thing gave me more motivation to show him what he's missing out on, considering, it was all just a game to him. His loss, my motivation!

Anyway, enough of my rambling. I've got some Diseases of the Circulatory System that i need to be studying and coding, so good luck to all today!
