Following wreck on bike I took a week off from biking but didn't change eating habits much - except to eat more! I have a week off from work so I will be going on long explores with the bike and hopefully can shed what came back on.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
