Bingo! 170's...Here I come! 17140 Steps yesterday, 7234 of which were aerobic. :-)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, ladies! They say if you do something for 30 days, it becomes habit. I don't know if that's 100% true, but thinking about what I'm eating certainly has become a habit.
