Let's see how well I'm doing in another week. This is a slower pace of weight loss than I like, but I need to keep it up.
287.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 119.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

on diet Calorie Count   losing 2.8 lb a week


Slower is better. If you lose slowly, you know it will stay off and you're less likely to regain.
