I don't get it! I'm not eating excessive calories...need to start running again...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1312 kcal Fat: 62.86g | Prot: 44.95g | Carb: 158.46g.   Breakfast: Carmelized Leek and Spaghetti Squash Polenta, lettuce, White Chocolate Chip Cookies, balsamic spray, tomato, green onions. Lunch: great value butter, olive oil, nature's own, spaghetti squash, sundried tomato, great value frozen spinach, button mushroom. Dinner: great value texas toast, Spicy Tomato Chickpea Soup. Snacks/Other: boca vegan burger, fat free miracle whip, oreos, bagel thin, lettuce, tomato. more...
