I don't get it! I'm not eating excessive calories...need to start running again...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1312 kcal Fat: 62.86g | Prot: 44.95g | Carb: 158.46g.   Breakfast: lettuce, green onions, tomato, balsamic spray, White Chocolate Chip Cookies, Carmelized Leek and Spaghetti Squash Polenta. Lunch: great value butter, sundried tomato, great value frozen spinach, olive oil, button mushroom, spaghetti squash, nature's own. Dinner: great value texas toast, Spicy Tomato Chickpea Soup. Snacks/Other: bagel thin, oreos, tomato, fat free miracle whip, boca vegan burger, lettuce. more...
