My body is so weird! I weighed in yesterday after a few days had convinced me that my gain was sticking around. This morning, boom, lost much of it! Whatevee, I feel thinner, trimmer. Those classes yesterday really worked some muscles all over my body.

Doing stretches as I type, getting ready for Zumba with Gina. I'll be careful of my knee and still have a great time.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I knew the weight wouldn't stay, it had to be water weight. Glad you feel better because you do look awesome.
