So I started Atkins today. So far so good. Hoping to be one induction for only 4 weeks. I want to lose 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks and the maybe 5 in the second 2 weeks. That would bring me to 169 and 24 pounds to go. I was so excited to weigh in today and see the scale say 181. Its been about 5 monts since I've seen that number. I'm so excited!!!

I am doing Atkins with my friend so that we can keep each other on track and it's always nice to have someone with you during a turning point in your life. Hopefully we can stick to it and have fun changing our lives.
