吃了麵包和宵夜,小胖了一點。現在要多吃營養的東西,牛肉炒青菜,讓baby增胖,但自己不要胖。
129.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
