Don't normally weigh in on Sundays but wanted to check my progress for the 7 lbs off April challenge. I'm exactly 7 lbs down today, so just have to hold it steady until tomorrow. Went to dim sum today but ate less than half my normal stuff. No chia siu bao, half the shrimp, no smelt.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1180 kcal Fat: 41.85g | Prot: 67.42g | Carb: 122.82g.   Breakfast: Azuma Gourmet Seaweed Salad, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, jasmine tea, shrimp dumpling. Dinner: Green String Beans with Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Chow Fun Noodles with Meat and Vegetables, P.F.
