I have been to the gym almost every day for the past 8 days. The one day I did not go I walked 4km. I am getting stronger and leaner. I increased my weights and cardio this week. I have been more aware of how much food I am eating. I really really really want to weigh 169 by christmas.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
