Today is 7 days back on the strict Atkins Induction! I got on the scale and to my surprise a significant amount of weight loss for a week. Last Friday I got on the scale I was up at 177 and today 166! I'm sure it was probably water weight, but I'm happy I am down and actually broke that weight mark of 168-170 I have been holding for the past month or so! Glad to feel like I'm actually back in the swing of things! :D
166.0 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL! I'm trying Toni!! I probably shouldn't have spoke to soon.. I hope my body doesn't get comfortable again in the high 160's range again..I'm trying though... Drinking my water (as much as I can) and loading up on the veggies - that inspiration I got from you.. veggies veggies and more veggies!

My goodness - I just looked at where you started in October - how well you've done!!! You KNOW you can do this last 11 pounds!!!!!! Never give up!

Thank you ladies.. I'm going to keep on keeping on, hopefully I won't go on another stall..we'll see..... ElizabethE.. there are days that I want to give up, but I just hang in.. Giving up is not an option.. It shouldn't be an option for ANY OF US!! THANK YOU!!
