Dragging the past couple of days. Not enough sleep coupled with my 'lady's days' has me worn out. Just craving sweets, and doing my best not to cave. :-)
183.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1067 kcal Fat: 19.84g | Prot: 68.27g | Carb: 170.74g.   Breakfast: Green Tea, Licorice, Kashi GOLEAN Original Cereal, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Green Tea, Eating Right Turkey Chili with Beans. Dinner: Green Tea, Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, PLUS Rotini Multigrain Pasta, Wegmans Turkey Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Spangler Dum Dum Pops, Smarties Assorted Flavors Candy Rolls, Nabisco Teddy Grahams Honey, M&M's Minis Chocolate Candies (Fun Size). more...

Wow you are a wonder women !!! Changing your eating habits, loosing 48 pounds since march and with two small children. WOW !!!! my hat's off to you. I completely understand what it like during those darn Lady days, but with all that you have accomplished so far, I am sure you will get through it like a champ.Try to take a nice little nap and things will get better.Good Luck !!! P.S. Even if you do slip up. Forgive yourself and get right back on track.

Thanks -- I've only lost 26 pounds so far, but I'm pleased with what I've been able to do. I don't view indulging as a slip up--anytime I eat something that's less-than-healthy, I make a choice to do it, and accept the consequences. I just make sure that I don't indulge constantly, because then I'd just make all my hard work so far for nought. Thanks for the buddy request -- see you here!
