Wow you are a wonder women !!! Changing your eating habits, loosing 48 pounds since march and with two small children. WOW !!!! my hat's off to you. I completely understand what it like during those darn Lady days, but with all that you have accomplished so far, I am sure you will get through it like a champ.Try to take a nice little nap and things will get better.Good Luck !!!

Thanks -- I've only lost 26 pounds so far, but I'm pleased with what I've been able to do. I don't view indulging as a slip up--anytime I eat something that's less-than-healthy, I make a choice to do it, and accept the consequences. I just make sure that I don't indulge constantly, because then I'd just make all my hard work so far for nought. Thanks for the buddy request -- see you here!
