By the way... "gaining 4.7 a week" thing is B.S. Pssssh. All I need is a decent BM. (there..i said it)
278.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I take Miralax daily. It is now an over the counter medication. It used to be prescription only. It works really well and keeps you regular. This diet is very constipating!

haha, let that bm go, walking helps me, and the daily cup of coffee, good luck, and hide the scale, I took your advice, havnt weighed for 2 days, skipping wed since I weighed on mon
