Do you ever just wish that you could input all your daily calories in your brain like a computer and then if you went to eat something it would ding or something to let you know you were off course? Not that I want something to control me but help me make good decisions throughout the day.
169.7 lb Lost so far: 49.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
