Well here it goes again...up 2 lbs. I know it is just water weight but geez. This is kind of new for me.....up 2 lbs, down 3, up 2, down 3. I am going to keep weighing daily to see if I can find a trend. Maybe it is something I am eating. I might start tracking my sodium.
On the upside, yesterday was 1 month and I had a girl at work tell me she see my weight loss. That was nice. My clothes ARE fitting not quite so tight like they were before. April 1 when I recommitted to this, my pants were so frickin' tight, I was miserable. I either had to lose some weight or go up a size! Maybe I haven't dropped a size but at least I can breathe! :)
