Day 72 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR UST
Week 5 Cruise to Lose! (Wowie, ALREADY??)

Smoothest of sailing to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!

So yesterday I did very well even though I had an extremely hectic day! I ate well even though I went to a little kids birthday party after being busy all day. I had two tablespoons of the homemade queso (YUM) and seven chips. I HAD to try it because Shelly had been talking about it so I made myself stick to a serving. When I get a recipe I will post something more accurate but choosing a store bough brand for my food diary just to get a good estimate. What I ate was healthier there was corn and tomatoes in there :) I ate a bunch of sugar snap peas and again 2 tablespoons of ranch dip. I had not logged anything so I borrowed the computer to see if I could indulge in a piece of pizza and cake. I ate the one piece of pizza and never got around tot he cake because some one else had hopped back on and I wanted to be sure I was under my limbo pole for the first day of the mini-challenge LOL!

For exercise I did POWER yoga for the first time in 6 months I think. My teacher had stopped doing the class. I tell you what it was truly empowering to do all the harder stuff!! ALL this work I have been doing is paying off. I could keep up better and took very few breaks. Part of the class is having "no expectations" but I know I did and I exceeded them...it was awesome!

Old Man Scale: You ready to do some dancin' on YouTube, Imluuvd? Well it's about that time!!! You dance girl, dance! :) Old man scale has decided to reward me for my work as well...simply awesome!!!

I think I have told you this before but I LOVE how you have broken your goals down into DO-ABLE steps. Step by step Baby! Inch by inch. So many of us at Fat Secret have learned not to be overwhelmed with monumental goals when we take them a step at a time! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
