The last few weeks i've felt really disheartened as i wasn't seeing the results id hoped for, but i stuck with it and im pleased to say that i can now see that downward trend appearing in my graph and im no longer stuggling with the button on my jeans :)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
