not as bad as i had thought it would be,but still a gain. i am fighting the tom this week,and i think it's winning because i feel horrible!i am looking forward to a better week this week. i decided to go ahead and change my goal weight again. i changed to the weight i was when i got married
150.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too am looking forward to a better week. Trying to find the energy for exercise this morning and it's just not happening but that's okay because I have my eating under control and the energy will return. Focus and you can knock out that last 15lbs in no time.
