I am eating healthy. good fats, fruit, vegggies, high fibre. No sugar, no soft drinks, no alcohol (other than an occassional glass of red wine). I've been to the gym 3 times this week so far. I am feeling pretty good.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Meals for Good Health   losing 7.0 lb a week


I am eating the same food, and I feel so much better since I stopped eating CANDY!
