I thought for sure I gained 2 lbs this weekend! I did not weigh until 4 pm and I had a couple of good BM's today (I know this is a disgusting subject). But, I do see the correlation between my weight and the quality of my poops. I had a couple of high kale/spinach volume smoothies today. I think this helped.
My plan this week is daytime smoothies and a regular dinner. We will see how this works.
